在一个企业的管理中,思政管理占据着重要的位置,它对企业的长久稳定发展,提高员工凝聚力和向心力,优化企业自身结构有着重要的作用,为企业提供思想动力。一个良好的思想政治管理可以弥补企业管理上的一些不足之处。央企重视企业内部的思想政治管理工作,紧抓落实,但是受传统思政管理观的影响,许多方面仍旧存在着不足之处,以人为本的理念还未深入人心,在企业内部也未造成很大的影响力,这对于企业内部竞争力的进一步提高有着消极的影响。本文便就“以人文本”观念在央企思政管理工作中的应用做一个研究,以使得“以人为本”的理念可以更好的在企业的思政管理中发挥其应有的价值。
