房地产投资是宏观经济发展中的关键问题,适度合理的政府宏观调控则是房地产投资持续发展的基础。政府对于房地产投资的宏观调控是非常必要的,其实施效果受到政府行为、市场行为和投资主体三方的影响,只有对其加以适当的角色定位才能有效地促进经济发展。
