煤炭企业的工会组织在市场化进程快速深入的过程中加大了内部改革的力度,所以在对煤炭企业的维护和监督控制上的功能进一步提升,但是在煤炭企业工会组织内部改革的新体制和旧体制碰撞中,难免会出现许多问题,从而不利于整体的煤炭企业发展,因此本文首先探讨煤炭企业工会组织在煤炭管理中的职能定位,来探讨目前煤炭企业工会组织在发展中的制约因素,然后对工会的安全生产维护上的作用以及企业的维权作用上进行具体的分析。
