本文针对工业中自动识别的需要,研制开发了电容型超声波传感器及其测距、识别系统,经测试本系统在50~850mm范围内,其测距误差小于0.2mm。运用该系统进行了零件特征识别的实验性研究,结果证明,本系统具有一定的识别能力。
In order to meet the need of automatic identification in industry, this paper developed a capacitive ultrasonic sensor and its ranging and identification system. The system has been tested in the range of 50 ~ 850mm, and its ranging error is less than 0.2mm. The experimental study on the recognition of part features is carried out by using the system. The results show that the system has a certain recognition ability.
