由于低年级学生的好动,如何调控课堂成为了教师的首要任务。一节课,老师往往要绞尽脑汁,想尽各种办法才能安顿好学生,完成教学任务,上过低年级课的老师都深有体会——太累、太吵、纪律差。为了更好地组织学生、调控教学,这学期我在如何进行课堂调控,让学生“听话”方面,通过各种教学方法的尝试,进行了一些浅显的探索:
Due to the low grade students, how to control the classroom became the primary task of teachers. A lesson, the teacher often have to rack one’s brains, try every possible means to settle students, complete the teaching tasks, the teachers of the lower grade classes are deeply experienced - too tired, too noisy, poor discipline.
