杭州华星电冰箱厂产 BYD-155D 双门双温电冰箱一台,因灌注保温层聚氨酯泡沫时,不慎将冷藏室蒸发器排水管堵塞约3cm,造成箱内积水过多,以致无法正常使用。以上故障经三家修理,均未排除。送我室后,先以0.3～0.4MPa 氮气上下冲吹无效,后用φ0.8mm钢丝自排水管探查亦无效,只排出少量微粒聚氨酯泡沫。分析原因为,聚氨酯泡沫发泡固化后,与排水管内壁呈紧密粘合状。所以,使用气吹法,因受到水管耐压所限,不能压很高的气压。若以硬物探查,由于
