我国基础教育阶段外语教学改革实施多年,其教学目标经历了从语言能力、综合语言运用能力再到核心素养这一价值转向。本文深思我国中小学外语教育现状,分析基础外语教育目标偏离的致因,探讨中小学外语教育目标的归正思路,寄望我国基础教育阶段外语教育、教学和测评事业良性发展。
The reform of foreign language teaching in basic education has been implemented for many years. Its teaching objectives have undergone a shift in value from the ability of language, the ability of using integrated language to the core of literacy. This essay ponders over the present situation of foreign language education in elementary and middle schools in our country, analyzes the causes of the deviation of the basic foreign language education objectives, discusses the ways of reorganizing the target of foreign language education in primary and secondary schools, and hopes the benign development of the foreign language education, teaching and evaluation in our country.
