随着我国企业用工环境的不断变化,新生代员工逐渐成为企业发展中的重要人才力量。然而,由于新生代员工的生长环境、受教育水平等与老员工之间存在明显差异,导致新生代员工人力资源管理存在一些问题,不利于企业人才培养。基于此,文章通过分析新生代员工特征,总结了几点目前新生代员工人力资源管理中存在的问题,并有针对性地提出了几点应对策略,以供同仁参考。
With the changing employment environment of enterprises in our country, the new generation of employees has gradually become an important talent force in the development of enterprises. However, due to the obvious differences between the new generation of employees and the old employees, such as the growth environment, the level of education, and so on, leading to some problems in the human resources management of the new generation employees, which is not conducive to the training of enterprise personnel. Based on this, the article analyzes the characteristics of the new generation of employees, summarizes the current problems in the management of human resources in the new generation of employees, and put forward some strategies to respond to my colleagues for reference.
