滑油冷却器是核电厂广泛使用的润滑设备。多孔金属材料因能显著强化传热而日益得到关注。为了研究多孔金属材料对管内滑油强化传热效果,以68#润滑油为换热工质,不同孔隙率的多孔金属材料为研究对象,通过改变换热管内多孔金属材料的种类、段数,实验研究管内滑油强化传热特性及其阻力特性。结果表明:在实验范围内,多孔金属材料能显著强化润滑油的传热;油侧努赛尔数与加入的多孔金属材料段数近似成正比;多孔结构是影响其强化传热效果的主要因素。
Oil cooler is widely used in nuclear power plant lubrication equipment. Porous metal materials are gaining increasing attention for their ability to significantly enhance heat transfer. In order to study the heat transfer enhancement effect of porous metal on the oil in the pipe, 68 # oil was used as the heat transfer medium and porous metal materials with different porosity as the research object. By changing the types and number of porous metal in the heat exchange tube, Study on enhanced heat transfer characteristics and resistance characteristics of oil in pipe. The results show that the porous metal material can significantly enhance the heat transfer of lubricating oil in experimental range. The Nusselt number on the oil side is approximately proportional to the number of porous metal materials added. The porous structure is the main factor that affects the heat transfer enhancement.
