为了提高2205双相不锈钢在高含H_2S油气田场中的应用,研究了在饱和H_2S环境下不同应变速率对2205双相不锈钢应力腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:在最敏感的应变速率10~(-5)~10~(-7)s~(-1)范围内,2205双相不锈钢在10~(-5)s~(-1)应变速率下应力腐蚀敏感性系数小于25%,说明材料处于安全区,没有发生应力腐蚀;在10~(-6)~10~(-7)s~(-1)应变速率范围内,应力腐蚀敏感性系数大于25%,说明材料处于危险区,有发生应力腐蚀的可能性。经SEM对慢应变速率拉伸断口形貌分析看出,即使在10~(-6)~10~(-7)s~(-1)危险区域,材料表现为脆性和韧性断裂的混合开裂方式,说明2205双相不锈钢在饱和H_2S环境下有较好的抗应力腐蚀性能。
In order to improve the application of 2205 duplex stainless steel in H_2S field, the effects of different strain rates on the stress corrosion behavior of 2205 duplex stainless steel under saturated H_2S environment were studied. The results show that at the most sensitive strain rate range of 10 -5 to 10 -7 s -1, the strain rate of 2205 duplex stainless steel increases with the strain rate of 10 -5 -5 s -1, The sensitivity coefficient of stress corrosion is less than 25%, indicating that the material is in safe zone and no stress corrosion occurs. In the range of 10 -6 -6 10 -7 s -1, the stress corrosion sensitivity Coefficient greater than 25%, indicating that the material is in danger zone, there is the possibility of stress corrosion. SEM analysis of the tensile strain at slow strain rate shows that the material behaves as a mixed cracking mode of brittle and ductile fracture even in the dangerous region of 10 -6 -6 -10 -7 s -1. , Indicating that 2205 duplex stainless steel has better resistance to stress corrosion under saturated H 2 S environment.
