本文以海南职业技术学院园林技术专业实践教学管理为例,从就业岗位分析、指导教师职责、现代化管理措施应用和综合实践评价方式及考核标准四个方面出发,阐述了在“2+1”模式下如何对高职园林技术专业的学生进行有效的实践教学管理,实现本专业的人才培养目标。
This paper takes practical teaching management of garden technology major in Hainan Vocational and Technical College as an example, and from four aspects of employment position analysis, instructor duties, application of modern management measures and comprehensive practice evaluation methods and evaluation criteria, How to carry out the effective practice teaching management to the higher vocational college students of garden technology so as to realize the goal of personnel training in this specialty.
