In this study, the different types of field crops in each province of China Statistical Yearbook were studied. According to the measured values of straw coefficients reported in 2006-2011, the straw coefficients of various types of field crops in provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities and autonomous regions (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) The values of three crops of rice, wheat and maize were determined by mathematical simulation. The average value of the same or similar area and the value of similar crops were used to determine the value of other crops. The results showed that the value of straw coefficient of rice ranged from 0.74 to 1.33, and the national average was 1.04. Wheat amplitude 1.05 ~ 1.41, the national average of 1.28. Maize range 0.93 to 1.30, the national average of 1.07. The amplitude of pulses and tubers ranged from 1.13 to 1.86 and from 0.42 to 0.75, respectively, with national averages of 1.35 and 0.53, respectively. The kenaf coefficient of yellow kenaf and cotton varied from 1.22 to 2.23 and from 2.41 to 4.09, respectively. The national average was 1.73 and 2.87 respectively. The amplitude of peanut, rapeseed and sesame were 0.85-1.43, 2.57-3.17 and 1.78-2.23 respectively, with the national average of 0.99, 2.90 and 1.89 respectively. Straw coefficient of sugarcane in the provinces unified value of 0.34. Beet and tobacco amplitude were 0.18 ~ 0.67 and 0.49 ~ 0.92, the national average were 0.37 and 0.66. The “straw” values for “other grains ”, “other oil ” and “other hemp ” were the same in all provinces and were 2.32, 2.63 and 6.55 respectively.
