在小学语文学习活动中,学生完成各种学习任务,主要是靠小组合作学习来完成的。小组合作学习是区别于传统应试教育的一个重要特征,是课程改革的需要,也是时代发展的需要。所谓小组合作学习就是将学生按性别、性格、兴趣、能力、成绩等诸多方面的差异,编成异质小组,将个体间的差异当作资源,系统利用导学过程的互动合作来促进学习,以群体发展为评价标准,集思广益、取长补短、共同进步、协同发展,共同实现导学目标的导学活动。
