我院自1984年1月至回996年12月行外科治疗原发性肝癌296冽，现报告如下。1资料一般资料男性259例、女性37例，年龄12岁～75岁，其中4O岁～SO岁187例。首发症状上腹疼痛187冽，腹块64例，其它尚有发热、乏力、黄殖等。有明确肝炎病史者196例，乙肝三系阳性242冽，AFP＞40Ong／L2 In our hospital, from January 1984 to December 996, surgical treatment of 296 cases of primary liver cancer was reported as follows. 1 Data General Information 259 males and 37 females, aged 12 to 75 years, of whom 187 were SO to SO. The first symptoms were epigastric pain of 187 冽 and 64 cases of abdominal mass. Others had fever, fatigue, and yellow colonization. There were 196 cases with a clear history of hepatitis, 242 cases were positive for the third line of hepatitis B, and AFP was >40Ong/L2.
