高职教育的职业特征要求其必须注重对学生实践能力的培养,使学生在掌握必备专业理论知识的基础上,同时具备解决实际问题的能力,并能直接顶岗,实现零距离上岗或者毕业上岗无缝对接。高职教育的这种教育教学特点要求高等职业院校必须建立一支既懂理论又懂实践的“双师型”教师队伍。本文拟就目前在“双师型”教师队伍建设中存在的一些问题和困惑做一分析并提出一些建设路径的构想。
