目的:观察分析普及营养知识在儿童保健教育工作中的应用效果。方法:选取近两年来在该院进行健康检查并存在营养问题的86例儿童作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,对照组的儿童仅给予针对性的治疗,不实施儿童保健教育及普及营养知识;观察组的儿童在给予针对性治疗的基础上,同时对儿童的父母进行儿童保健教育并普及营养知识。比较两组儿童营养状况改善效果。结果:从儿童营养改善情况来看,观察组的营养改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:营养知识的普及能够明显改善儿童的营养状况,具有良好的应用前景。
Objective: To observe and analyze the effect of popularizing nutrition knowledge in children’s health education. Methods: Totally 86 children who had health examination and nutritional problems in the hospital in the past two years were selected as study subjects, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases in each group. Children in control group were given only targeted treatment without children Health education and the popularization of nutritional knowledge; the observation group of children on the basis of targeted treatment, while children’s parents education of child health and universal nutrition knowledge. The nutritional status of children in two groups was compared to improve the results. Results: According to the improvement of children’s nutrition, the nutrition improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The popularization of nutritional knowledge can significantly improve the nutritional status of children, and has good application prospects.
