借鉴于F119发动机外涵机匣的骨架式结构设计思想,提出了骨架式承力框架结构的设计技术研究并对骨架式中介机匣进行了初步研究。针对某型涡扇发动机的中介机匣结构建立了矩形、三角形、菱形三种骨架结构,根据构件的不同受载情况,分析了四种工况下典型骨架式中介机匣结构的强度和变形的规律。为快速有效的计算分析,编写了构件的参数化设计程序并形成了可视化界面的参数化设计软件平台,实现了建模、计算和查看结果的参数化,最终得出结论为三角形骨架结构较好。
In view of the skeleton design of engine casing for F119 engine, this paper puts forward the research on the design technology of the skeleton bearing frame structure and the preliminary study on the skeleton-type casing. According to the different loads of the components, the strength and deformation of the typical skeletal box structure of the four types of conditioners are analyzed for the structure of the intermediary casing of a turbofan engine. law. For the rapid and effective calculation and analysis, the parameterized design program of the component was written and the parameterized design software platform of the visual interface was formed. The modeling, calculation and parameterization of the result were completed. Finally, the conclusion was drawn that the triangle skeleton structure is better .
