关口一:以全球化为背景的战略转型。中国加入WTO,我国大部分企业都是被动地、随机地参与竞争。具体体现为根据中国加入WTO导致的竞争形势采取随机性策略,缺乏全局性和长远性。这类竞争有时会得到一定程度的胜利或某一战役的胜利,但却不能实现企业的持续发展,甚至可能损害企业的长远利益。真正的战略是驾驭竞争而不是追随竞争,进行竞争设计而不是随机参与。如果我们完全按照那些国际巨头的竞争机制安排发展自己,到头来只可能是别人的附庸,因此必须敢于形成有利于自己的规则,敢于进行既定规则的突破。 关口二:以应对全球性经济波动为主题的风险
