目的以台湾乳白蚁为供试昆虫,研究适合白蚁人工饵料的防腐剂种类及其适宜浓度。方法通过室外试验比较了苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、柠檬醛和尼泊金丙酯4种防腐剂对白蚁人工饵料的防霉变效果;通过白蚁强迫性取食和选择性取食试验,比较了饵料中分别添加苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾和尼泊金丙酯对台湾乳白蚁取食的影响。结果柠檬醛的添加并未对饵料的霉变程度产生显著作用,而其他3种防腐剂对饵料的霉变程度产生了显著的抑制作用;其中台湾乳白蚁对含0.05%苯甲酸钠、0.1%山梨酸钾和0.025%尼泊金丙酯饵料的取食量分别为0.45、0.28和0.34 g,并对白蚁的存活率无显著影响。结论 0.05%的苯甲酸钠最适合作为白蚁人工饵料的防腐剂。
Objective To test the suitable species of Antarctic artificial insecticide for test-term insects by using termites of Taiwan. Methods The anti-mold effects of four preservatives, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citral and propylparaben, on artificial feeding of termites were compared in outdoor experiments. Comparisons were made between forced feeding and selective feeding of termites Effects of Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate and Propylparaben on the Feeding of Milkweed in Taiwan. Results The addition of citral had no significant effect on the degree of mildew, while the other three preservatives significantly inhibited the degree of mildew. Among them, The feed intake of potassium and 0.025% propyl parabens was 0.45, 0.28 and 0.34 g, respectively, and had no significant effect on the survival of termites. Conclusions 0.05% sodium benzoate is best suited as a preservative for termite artificial bait.
