体育教师在学校体育工作中发挥着重要作用。提高体育教师职业道德和职业素养是提高教学质量、完成职业院校人才培养目标和教学任务的保证。对体育教师的职业特点提出了体育教师具有的职业道德与素养的问题,从道德品质、业务能力与学生的关系等方面进行了论述。 Physical education teachers play an important role in school physical education. To improve the professional ethics and professional accomplishment of PE teachers is the guarantee to improve the teaching quality, accomplish the goal of personnel training and the teaching task in vocational colleges. The author puts forward the problems of PE teachers ’professional ethics and accomplishments to PE teachers’ vocational characteristics, and discusses the aspects of moral quality, business ability and students.
