介绍1600千瓦电动机噪声使用普通声级计的测量方法,并用所测得的L_c与L_A 的差值进行声压级的估算和频谱分析.该电动机的主要声源是电动机转子旋转时所产生的气流噪声,而电磁噪声则是次要的.电动机噪声的控制措施是采用强冷式组合隔声间,隔声间设计成三个隔声腔,两侧分别为轴向进风腔,中间部分为径向出风腔,形成对流通风方式,使电动机温度不致升高,从而保证电动机安全运行.该电动机采取隔声措施后,其降噪效果良好,其平均隔声量为20dB(A).值得提出的是,电动机采取降噪措施前,其运转状况必须良好,否则不宜采取此降噪措施.
