西葫芦(美国南瓜)C.pepo L.属西葫芦科Cucurbitacese。目前贵阳地区采用小拱棚、地膜以及地膜加盖小拱棚栽培西葫芦发展较快,对于缩短春淡,提高单产,具有很大的意义。1986年贵阳农业气象试验站和贵阳市蔬菜办公室在贵阳市郊中曹乡,开展了西葫芦覆盖地膜、小棚气象效应的研究。 一、材料和方法 1986年在贵阳中曹乡大寨村菜农谢世顶家的承包菜地上进行本项试验。供试品种为花叶西葫芦。小区面积0.02~0.028亩,其中地膜为0.02301亩,小拱棚为0.02784亩,膜加棚(即地膜加盖小拱棚)为0.02688亩,露地为0.02208亩。小拱棚呈南北排列,长为12.8米,宽为1.2米,高为0.5米。本试验底肥为大粪,折合每亩3300公斤,并在3月20日移栽西葫芦大壮苗。其他农业措施同贵阳市西葫芦大面积生产。
