研究了四苯基卟啉微波诱导合成的机理及影响因素. 实验结果表明, 微波作用的时间与强度、反应体系溶剂及催化剂的选择、反应试剂的组成及用量等均对四苯基卟啉的合成有较大的影响; 微波对四苯基卟啉的合成存在非热效应, 可提高反应试剂缩合关环形成四苯基卟啉的速率.
The mechanism and influencing factors of microwave induced synthesis of tetraphenylporphyrin were studied. The experimental results showed that the time and intensity of microwave irradiation, the choice of solvent and catalyst, the composition and the amount of reagent used in the reaction had a great influence on the synthesis of tetraphenylporphyrin. The microwave synthesis of tetraphenylporphyrin There is a non-thermal effect, which increases the rate at which tetraphenylporphyrin is formed by ring closure of the reagent.
