中国石化总公司人事部培训处于9月下旬在荆门炼油厂召开了管理干部岗位资格证书试点单位培训研讨会,辽化、大连、上海石化等11个试点单位的30位代表参加了会议。辽化技工学校校长首先介绍了考察英国实行资格证书制度的情况;与会代表交流了试点工作的进展和经验,并就有关问题进行了深入研讨。陈素明处长对《中国石油化工总公司企业管理干部实行岗位资格证书制度暂行规定》作了进一步说明,提出推行管理干部资格证书的基本目的
The Training Department of Personnel Department of SINOPEC Headquarter held a training seminar for pilot units of qualifications for management positions in Jingmen Refinery in late September. Thirty representatives from 11 pilot units including Liaoyang, Dalian and Shanghai Petrochemical attended the meeting. The principals of Liaohua Technical School first introduced the inspection of the system of qualification certificates practiced in the United Kingdom. The delegates exchanged the progress and experience of the pilot projects and conducted in-depth discussions on relevant issues. Director Director Chen Su-ming made further explanations on the “Provisional Regulations on the System of Post Qualification Certificates for Enterprise Management Cadres in China Petrochemical Corporation” and proposed the basic purpose of implementing the management cadre qualification certificates
