随着国内医疗市场化的逐步推进,公立医院以及私立医院均面临着激烈的市场竞争,而要想在市场竞争中立于不败之地,加强医院管理,提升医院竞争力是关键。在医院管理构成中,政工绩效管理是不可或缺的一部分,在增强医院竞争力方面发挥着积极作用。基于此,本文浅析了医院政工绩效管理的意义和作用,并针对如何推进医院政工管理提出了几点建议,希望有所指导和帮助。
With the gradual progress of marketization in the domestic market, both public hospitals and private hospitals are faced with fierce market competition. In order to be invincible in market competition, it is crucial to strengthen hospital management and enhance the competitiveness of hospitals. In the composition of hospital management, political performance management is an indispensable part and plays an active role in enhancing the competitiveness of the hospital. Based on this, this paper analyzes the significance and role of the hospital political performance management, and puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the hospital political management, hoping for guidance and help.
