青少年时期,运动员神经系统的灵敏性高,是进行短跑训练的最佳时期。在训练过程中,要不断提高身体素质水平,打好身体全面发展的良好基础。在全面发展的基础上,进行专项素质和专项技术训练,掌握完善的短跑技术,并取得良好的专项成绩。但在进行短跑训练中,容易出现冒进、急躁的心情,忽视运动员的具体条件和实际水平,盲目加大运动量,不注意训练节奏,忽视科学的训练方法,机械地模仿成年人的方法,缺乏总结实践经验,致使运动员产生了“速度障碍”而感到枯燥,不愿意参加训练。训练固有规律性,但应根据运动员的具体条件和实际水平,制定科学、系统的训练方法与步骤,既要调动训练者的积极性,又要完成训练指标,两者必须是统一的。以下是笔者在进行短跑训练时的一些做法,拿出来和大家共享。
