日本茶道——和、敬、清、寂从唐代开始,中国的饮茶习俗就传入日本,“和、敬、清、寂”为日本茶道的基本精神,要求人们通过茶室中的饮茶进行自我思想反省,彼此思想沟通,于清寂之中去掉自己内心的尘垢和彼此的芥蒂,以达到和敬的目的。“和、敬、清、寂”被称之为日本“茶道四规”。和、敬是处理人际关系的准则,通过饮茶做到和睦相处、互相,以调节人际关系;清、寂是指环境气氛,要以幽雅清静的环境和古朴的陈设,造成一种空灵静寂的意境,给人以熏陶。
