本文首先分析了一般测量性状的选择问题。根据作者提出的两性状间的相关遗传力和间接遗传系数,简化並统一了直接选择和间接选择的选择响应和遗传进展的表达式。接着提出了多个测量性状的复合性状的概念並给出了它的一些遗传参数。在此基础上,利用典范相关分析方法,着重研究了多个供选择的测量性状的表型变量与少数几个目标性状的基因型变量的相关关系,提出了典范选择性状与典范目标性状的概念,它们正是典范相关分析中典范相关系数较大的前几对典范变量。而第Ⅰ报中的典范性状只是这种典范变量对的特例。利用这少数几个典范选择性状对相应的典范目标性状进行间接选择,不仅具有利用典范性状进行选择的特点,而且因目标性状集中,更有利于对多个目标性状的综合选择。本文还讨论了典范选择性状与选择指数的关系。当只有一个目标性状时,它与一般选择指数等价;当有多个目标性状並分别有不同经济权重时,它对于典范目标性状的最大间接遗传系数大于综合选择指数对于复合基因型值的间接遗传系数,因而利用它可提高间接选择的可靠性。最后,本文讨论了典范选择性状在杂交亲本的选配及杂交后代的选择等方面的可能应用。
This paper first analyzes the selection of general measurement traits. Based on the heritability and indirect genetic coefficients of the two traits proposed by the authors, the expressions of choice response and genetic progress of direct selection and indirect selection were simplified and unified. Then the concept of multiple traits to measure traits is proposed and some of its genetic parameters are given. On the basis of this, using the Canonical Correlation Analysis method, this paper focuses on the correlation between the phenotypic variables of a number of alternative measurement traits and the genotype variables of a few target traits, and proposes the concepts of canonical selection traits and canonical target traits , Which are just the first few pairs of canonical correlations of the canonical correlation coefficient. The first trait in the typical trait is only a special case of this canonical pair. Indirect selection of the corresponding canonical target traits using these few canonical trait selection not only has the characteristics of using the canonical trait selection, but also concentrates on the target trait, which is more conducive to the comprehensive selection of multiple target traits. This article also discusses the relationship between the model selection index and the selection index. When there is only one target trait, it is equivalent to the general selection index. When there are multiple target traits and different economic weights, respectively, the maximum indirect heritability of the target trait is greater than that of the comprehensive index of selection for the composite genotype value The genetic coefficient, so use it to improve the reliability of indirect selection. Finally, we discuss the possible applications of canonical selection traits in the selection of hybrid parents and selection of hybrid offspring.
