春天卖花(花卉),夏日售瓜(瓜果),秋季贩粮杂(农副产品),冬寒盘泥巴(挖河筑堤、建筑和泥、烧窑)。这种随着时令变化就近就地选择适应岗位的城里人、乡下人,如今在湖北省潜江市有不下8万人,占城乡剩余劳动力的40%。他们似飞来飞去的时令乌,哪里适应到哪里。26岁的下岗职工彭美秀前两个月还在该市浩口镇世红民营股份公司生产并推销卫生餐具,3月中旬却跳槽到了一家塑料织袋厂打工。她告诉笔者,“再过三十多天,我兴许去辉浩畜禽有限公司参与鳌虾深加工开发。因为4月份过后是鳌虾加工期。”
