真三轴试验能比较真实地模拟沥青混合料在路面内部所处的实际受力状态。该文对不同沥青混合料开展了低温真三轴抗压强度试验,对比了不同沥青胶结料类型、级配、矿粉类型和粉胶比下沥青混合料的真三轴强度。研究结果表明:SBS改性沥青对混合料强度的增强作用不明显,却能增加其抗变形能力;级配对沥青混合料强度有显著影响:随着级配变粗,沥青混合料破坏应力增大,破坏应变减小;矿粉对混合料强度影响较大,加入适当性质的矿粉能显著提高沥青混合料的强度;沥青混合料三轴抗压强度随粉胶比的增大而增大。
True triaxial test can more accurately simulate the asphalt mixture in the road where the actual stress state. In this paper, the true triaxial compressive strength tests of different asphalt mixtures are carried out. The true triaxial strength of asphalt mixture under different asphalt binder types, grading, slag types and cement ratio is compared. The results show that: the SBS modified asphalt has little effect on the strength of the mixture, but it can increase the anti-deformability; the gradation has a significant effect on the strength of the asphalt mixture: As the gradation becomes coarse, the failure stress of the asphalt mixture increases , And the strain at break decreases. The effect of ore powder on the strength of the mixture is great. Adding the mineral powder with the proper properties can significantly increase the strength of the asphalt mixture. The triaxial compressive strength of asphalt mixture increases with the increase of the ratio of powder to binder.
