在AZ31合金焊接过程中施加机械振动的方法,考察了非熔化极惰性气体钨极保护焊(TIG)、垂直振动焊和水平振动焊接对AZ31合金焊接接头显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,无论是垂直振动还是水平振动,不同坡口角度的焊接接头的焊缝区和热影响区的晶粒都得到明显细化,力学性能都有不同程度的提高;垂直振动方式下坡口角度增加晶粒尺寸逐渐粗化,而水平振动方式下的坡口角度对焊缝区和热影响区的晶粒尺寸的影响较小。
In the process of applying mechanical vibration during AZ31 alloy welding, the effects of non-melting inert gas tungsten arc welding (TIG), vertical vibration welding and horizontal vibration welding on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 alloy welded joints were investigated. The results show that the grain size of weld zone and heat affected zone of welded joints with different bevel angles are obviously refined and the mechanical properties are improved to a certain extent, either vertically or horizontally. In the vertical vibration mode, As the angle increases, the grain size gradually coarsens, while the groove angle under the horizontal vibration mode has little effect on the grain size of the weld zone and the heat affected zone.
