Objective To understand the influencing factors of HIV / AIDS risk among men (moneyboy, MB) who provide gay men with gay services in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Methods A total of 206 MB patients were randomly sampled from clubs, bathhouses, bars and other places using the National HIV / AIDS Behavior Surveillance Questionnaire. A total of 206 MBs were surveyed on the basis of 18 factors including age, education level, knowledge score, sexual orientation, Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyzes were used to determine the relationship between condom use and men who never used or sometimes used condoms. Results At the time of commercial men’s and males sex, the rates of the last unused condom and the unused or sometimes used condom in the past six months were 25.2% and 52.4% respectively. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the rate of never using or sometimes condom use in MB population was 7.15 (95% CI : 1.30-39.25), 2.48 (95% CI: 1.11-5.52), and 2.68 (95% CI: 1.19-6.02). However, in their own opinion, there was no possibility of HIV infection and their first partner was female, with a relatively low rate The OR values were 0.41 (95% CI: 0.18-0.95) and 0.44 (95% CI: 0.23-0.86), respectively. Conclusions The MB population has a high incidence of HIV / AIDS risk behaviors, locating sex service targets, and the more HIV and commercial sex partners that have not been tested before, the more risk factors are; and the women who do not think they have the possibility of HIV infection and the first sex partner are women Protection factors, continue to carry out HIV / AIDS intervention in MB population in key places such as parks, including consulting and testing to raise awareness of self-protection.
