渗氮处理能有效地提高机械零件的疲劳强度、耐磨性和耐蚀性,同时具有处理温度低,工件变形小等优点,因而被广泛地用于要求尺寸稳定、变形小和耐磨性高的零件。但是一般的气体渗氮工艺由于周期长、能耗大、成本高等原因,影响了其应用。为了改进渗氮工艺以缩短周期,我们试验了预氧化及多段变温热循环快速气体渗氮工艺,对剪板机、折弯机的柱塞、导杆及齿轮等零件进行了处理,使渗氮周期缩短50%以上,工艺质量稳定、取得了明显的综合效益。
