采用改进的Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯(GO),利用SEM、TEM、AFM观察GO表面形貌,XRD、Raman、FT-IR表征GO分子结构,通过MH-3型显微硬度仪测试GO/UHMWPE复合材料的显微硬度。结果表明:制备的GO为二维片状结构,厚度约1.1nm;GO的衍射峰为10.8°;G峰和D峰分别出现在1 590cm-1和1 350cm-1附近;GO含有氧官能团;随着GO含量的增加,GO/UHMWPE复合材料的显微硬度也随之增加。
GO was modified by the Hummers method. GO surface morphology was observed by SEM, TEM and AFM. The GO molecular structure was characterized by XRD, Raman and FT-IR. The GO / UHMWPE Composite microhardness. The results show that the prepared GO is a two-dimensional sheet structure with a thickness of about 1.1 nm, the diffraction peak of GO is 10.8 °, the G peak and the D peak appear near 1 590 cm -1 and 1 350 cm -1, respectively, GO contains oxygen functional groups, With the increase of GO content, the microhardness of GO / UHMWPE composites also increases.
