小学语文青年教师备课时易遭遇无从下手、难以理清重点的困境,反复备课后带着精心准备的教学设计走入课堂,却出现满堂灌、面面俱到、重点擦边的困惑。本文以人教版四年级语文下册《触摸春天》一课为例,从教材观、目标观、学生终身发展观三个角度提出小学青年语文教师有效备课的策略,旨在帮助小学语文青年教师在自身未构建语文知识系统性和整体性的前提下有效找到备课切入点,缩短小学语文青年教师对备课的适应期,加快教师自身专业成长。
Elementary Chinese young teachers are faced with difficulty in preparing lesson preparation and difficult to sort out the key difficulties. After repeated lesson preparation, they went into the classroom with elaborately prepared instructional design. However, there appeared full confusion and exhaustion. This paper takes the fourth edition of the PEP as a case study of “Touching the Spring” as an example. It proposes strategies for preparing lesson preparation for primary school young language teachers from three perspectives of teaching material concept, target concept and students’ life-long development concept. The aim is to help young language teachers in primary schools Effectively find the starting point of lesson preparation on the premise of not building systematic and holistic knowledge of Chinese knowledge, shorten the adaptation period of young Chinese teachers in primary school and quicken their own professional growth.
