衔接理论是韩礼德系统功能语法的一个重要概念。衔接与语篇连贯,语篇体裁的实现,以及语言的元功能关系密切,而在翻译中衔接的作用更是不可低估。本文主要是通过运用韩礼德和哈桑的衔接模式对汉英法律翻译的衔接手段转换进行个案研究,以期为法律语言研究和法律翻译提供指导与帮助。 Cohesion theory is an important concept of Halliday’s system functional grammar. Cohesion and text coherence, the realization of discourse genres, as well as the language’s meta-function is closely related to the role of convergence in translation can not be underestimated. This article mainly uses the mode of convergence between Halliday and Hassan to do a case study on the conversion of Chinese and English legal translation in order to provide guidance and help for legal language research and legal translation.
