我们应用肇庆地区第一人民医院的“血气分析模拟诊断系统”软件对317例病人血气数据进行处理后,共获得了1056条诊断,经两名以上专职医生讨论通过了1050条诊断,6条诊断有争议,诊断正确率达95%以上,未发现错诊及漏诊现象。其中有55条诊断因输入数据不足(没有输入电解质或时间数据),计算机同时输出了两种可能的诊断,在这种情况下,若补足数据则可纠正诊断。 从317例病人血气数据中,随机抽出150例数据交由数名临床医生,让他们在不知道计算机及专职医生诊断的情况下,独立地作出分析报告,与计算机诊断
