摆动减速装置具有体积小,传动比大,效率高,运转平稳和结构简单等特点。在一些小功率,大传动比,空间位置有限,结构要求十分紧凑的地方,如仪器,机床的某些读数机构等,采用这种减速装置比较合适。它的结构如图所示,图中:1是偏心轴,其偏心距为e;2是刚性小齿轮,齿数z_2;3是刚性内齿轮,齿数z_3;4是固定销,固定在壳体上(图中未画壳体)。小齿轮滑配在偏心轴上。偏心轴输入运动,内齿轮输出。
