本报讯从河南检验检疫局检验检疫技术中心获悉,该中心与澳大利亚的一家检测公司合作,经过近3个月的科研攻关,成功研制出一种新的农药残留快速分析方法。该方法可广泛应用于水果、蔬菜、谷物等农产品的农药残留快速检测分析,12分钟即可筛查180余种农药残留,大大提高了农药残留的识别鉴定能力和准确度。据估算,全球目前使用的化学农药达1400多种,常用的杀虫剂、除草剂有200多种。在全球,水果、蔬菜、粮食等农产品中农药残留超标现象经常发生,农药造成的环境污染与食品安全问
