分析了基于主元分析的子空间算法,并结合热工系统的特点,将其应用到热工多变量系统的闭环辨识中。以某电厂1号超临界直流锅炉为例,采用现场数据进行辨识,建立了100%工况下的动态模型。最后对模型进行了仿真研究,仿真结果与直流锅炉机理变化趋势较为一致,从而证明了子空间方法在热工系统闭环辨识中应用的有效性。
The subspace algorithm based on principal component analysis is analyzed. Combined with the characteristics of thermal system, this algorithm is applied to closed loop identification of thermal multivariable systems. Taking a supercritical once-through boiler of a power plant as an example, the field data is used for identification and a dynamic model under 100% operating conditions is established. Finally, the simulation of the model is carried out. The simulation results are in good agreement with the changing trend of the DC boiler mechanism, which proves the effectiveness of the subspace method in thermal system closed-loop identification.
