What brought India into the world of vision? Whether it was Friedman as a journalist, the entrepreneur’s forerunner, or the management scientist Charles Handy, when talking about India, they all talked about One story - that’s Delhi’s call center. Perhaps it is responsible for dealing with Dell’s computer or AOL, or any other company’s telephone hotline service. Most employees go to work at night because at that time Hou was just the daytime of the United States. They took off Indian traditional costumes, put on suits, played a U.S. name and tried to imitate the American accent. The company encourages them to watch American soap operas in their spare time and become familiar with American slang. The customer who called did not feel that this was actually a transatlantic call.
