一、组织者角色应转换 面对市场经济的今天,如何改变以往的“要我学”为“我要学”呢?这就要求组织培训者将领导者、组织者的角色过渡到组织者、服务者、参与者,积极协助各行各业,打出企业家们急需掌握的知识点,实施行之有效的培训,真正为市场经济第一线的企业、企业家服务以达到工商培训的真正目的。要做到这一点,就要做好以下四个方面的工作。(1)系统地研究课题。作为工商培训的组织者,必须深入企业第一线,以企业、企业家的需求为出发点和落脚点,落实好每一次培训内容的选题,以提供针对性较强的“菜单”式内容。(2)系统地设置课程。作为工商培训的十二门课程,
