１９９２年９月，国家科委召开了全国科技情报工作会议，并颁发了《国家科委关于 进一步加快和深化全国科技信息体制改革的意见》。为顺应当前改革开放的新形势，促进科技信息 体制的改革，北京科技情报学会理论方法委员会于 １９９３年３月 １０日，在交通部信息所召开了题 为“在市场经济条件下，情报机构生存和发展问题”的研讨会。在京大部分科技情报所所长和主 管业务的副所长参加了会议。会上各位所长介绍了本单位近年来采取的改革措施及取得的效益和 存在的问题。 以下为本刊记者撰写的专题报道。
In September 1992, the State Science and Technology Commission held a working conference on national science and technology intelligence and presented the “Opinion of the State Science and Technology Commission on Further Accelerating and Deepening the National Science and Technology Information System Reform.” In order to conform to the new situation of the current reform and opening up and promote the reform of the science and technology information system, the Committee on Theoretical Methods of the Beijing Institute of Scientific and Technical Intelligence held a speech entitled “Under the Market Economy, the Survival of Intelligence Bodies on March 10, 1993, And development issues ”seminar.
