1 病例报告男.30岁.主因恶心、呕吐、头晕,呼吸困难伴皮疹20分钟就诊.20分钟前,吃油炸蝗虫2～3个.约5分钟后觉恶心、头晕,随即呕吐,吐出少许胃内容物,继之出现呼吸困难、面色潮红.颈部、胸部片状皮疹.并伴有心悸、乏力.查体;体温36.0℃ ,脉搏102次/分.呼吸28次/分、血压15.0/9.0kPa.急性痛苦面容、颈部、面部及胸部可见大片状红色斑丘疹,咽部充血,两肺呼吸音粗.心率102次/分,律齐.心电图示窦性心动过速.例2:男.23岁.皮疹、恶心20分钟来诊.病史同例1.查体:体温36.5℃.脉搏68次/分.血压16.3/8.9kPa.皮肤潮红,全身可见斑片状丘疹.以面部前胸为著.心肺正常.心电图无异常.
