选用不同来源的木腐菌菌糠,以编织袋为包装材料,采用常压灭菌的方法生产双孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)培养基。测定各种培养基上双孢蘑菇的产量,以及不同菌糠的蛋白质、木质素、纤维素含量,主要培养基的C:N,研究不同菌糠的生产能力。结果表明,以采收过1潮菇的杏鲍菇菌糠产量最高,料层18 kg·m~(-2),产量14.918 kg·m~(-2);平菇菌糠是很好的基质生产料,以采摘过6潮菇的平菇菌糠生产的双孢蘑菇,虽然产量不是最高,但仍比合成料产量高,且具有出菇集中、周期短的优势;双孢蘑菇产量不仅取决于培养料的含氮量和C:N,还取决于培养料中纤维素的含量。以平菇菌糠、采摘过1潮菇的杏鲍菇菌糠、金针菇工厂化生产菌糠添加5%的麸皮作为栽培培养基,可以生产出具有高产能力的双孢蘑菇。
