目的对食品中苏丹红Ⅰ的检测方法进行探索与研究。方法参照国标GB/T19681-2005及欧盟标准方法,采用wateres 2695高效液相色谱仪对食品中苏丹红Ⅰ进行测定。结果平行进样RSD小于2%,标准曲线时相关系数能达到0.999以上,平均回收率为90.4%,最低检出限为0.02μg/mL。对不同种类食品的前处理方法、标准曲线的制备、液相色谱的条件进行了改进,并取得了一定的成效。结论改进后的方法精密度高、准确度好、完全能满足食品中苏丹红Ⅰ的定性定量分析。
Objective To explore the Sudang Ⅰ detection method in food. Methods Reference to national standard GB / T19681-2005 and the EU standard methods, using wateres 2695 high performance liquid chromatography Sudan Ⅰ in the determination of food. Results The RSD of parallel injection was less than 2%. The correlation coefficient of standard curve was above 0.999, the average recovery was 90.4% and the minimum detection limit was 0.02μg / mL. The pretreatment methods of different kinds of food, the preparation of standard curve and the conditions of liquid chromatography have been improved, and some results have been achieved. Conclusion The improved method has high precision and good accuracy, which can fully meet the qualitative and quantitative analysis of Sudan Ⅰ in food.
