通过快速碳化混凝土单调加载试验,研究了碳化对混凝土强度、刚度以及变形能力的影响。研究发现:碳化对于混凝土强度的提高作用有限,碳化后混凝土峰值压应变明显降低,弹性模量提高,试件破坏时脆性更加明显;不同碳化深度混凝土的应力-应变曲线上升段十分接近,下降段则随碳化加深变得越来越陡。通过对试验结果分析,建立了单调荷载作用下碳化混凝土应力-应变曲线方程,并给出了方程参数与碳化深度之间的关系,研究成果可为既有混凝土结构性能评定提供技术依据。
Through the monotonic loading test of rapid carbonation concrete, the effect of carbonation on the strength, stiffness and deformability of concrete was studied. The results show that carbonation has a limited effect on improving the concrete strength. The peak compressive strain of concrete after carbonization obviously decreases, the elastic modulus increases, and the brittleness becomes more obvious when the specimen is destroyed. The stress-strain curves of concrete with different carbonation depth rise very close, Then with the deepening of carbonation becomes more and more steep. Through the analysis of test results, the stress-strain curve equation of carbonated concrete under monotonic loading is established and the relationship between the equation parameters and carbonation depth is given. The research results can provide technical basis for the evaluation of existing concrete structures.
