对33例行右心导管术的先天性心脏病患者用放免法测定了血液循环中不同部位的PANF水平以及PRA、AT-Ⅱ、C-AMP和C-GMP浓度。结果提示:PANF经肺循环后部分被代谢;PANF与右房压、肺动脉压、肺毛细血管嵌顿压、血浆C-GMP呈显著正相关,与PRA呈负相关。
In 33 patients with congenital heart disease undergoing right heart catheterization, the levels of PANF and the concentrations of PRA, AT-II, C-AMP and C-GMP in different parts of the blood circulation were measured by radioimmunoassay. The results suggest that PANF is partly metabolized after pulmonary circulation. PANF is positively correlated with right atrial pressure, pulmonary arterial pressure, pulmonary capillary incarceration pressure and plasma C-GMP, and negatively correlated with PRA.
