本文简述了国外工具热处理新技术的发展概况,介绍了沈阳真空技术研究所研制成功的加压气淬真空炉VFH-100PT的结构、性能及冷却能大。以ф6mm轧制直柄麻花钻头(W6Mo5Cr4V2)为典型刃具,在不同的压力下进行气淬,试验证明:在1.9 × 105Pa氮气中,淬火的钻头切削寿命比在9.3 ×104Pa氮气中淬火高1.7倍。虽然本文述及的试验只有钻头,但可以推断加压气淬技术用于其它种刃具的处理,也一定会收到显著的效果。
This paper briefly introduces the development of new technologies for heat treatment of foreign tools, and introduces the structure, performance and cooling capacity of the pressurized gas quenching vacuum furnace (VFH-100PT) developed by Shenyang Vacuum Technology Research Institute. With ф6mm rolling straight shank twist drill (W6Mo5Cr4V2) as a typical cutting tool, gas quenching under different pressures, the test proved that: In 1.9 × 105Pa nitrogen, quenching drill cutting life than in 9.3 × 104Pa nitrogen 1.7 times higher quenching. Although the test described in this article only drills, it can be inferred that the pressurized gas quench technique is used to treat other types of cutting tools and will certainly receive significant results.
