目的:研究眼镜蛇神经毒素(α-CNT)配伍咖啡因(CAF)镇痛效果。方法:小鼠扭体镇痛试验:各组动物给药30min后,立即注射0.6%醋酸0.2mL/只,记录15min内各组动物扭体次数;小鼠热板镇痛试验:分别测定各组动物给药后15,30min、1,2,3,4,5,6,8,10h,在55℃热板上痛反应时间,以小鼠舔足、跳跃、抬足为指标,记录各组动物痛反应时间。结果:眼镜蛇神经毒素配伍咖啡因能明显抑制化学刺激引起小鼠的痛反应;能明显延长小鼠热刺激引起的痛反应时间。结论:眼镜蛇神经毒素配伍咖啡因[(α-CNT-CAF(眼镜蛇神经毒素配伍咖啡因)]对疼痛动物模型有明显的镇痛效果。
Objective: To study the analgesic effect of cobra neurotoxin (α-CNT) combined with caffeine (CAF). Results: The cobra neurotoxin with caffeine could significantly inhibit the pain response of mice induced by chemical stimulation and prolong the pain response time induced by heat stimulation in mice. Conclusion: The cobra neurotoxin with caffeine [(α-CNT-CAF (cobra neurotoxin with caffeine)] has a significant analgesic effect on animal models of pain.
